Australian architect Donald Bates from L.A.B. architects was advanced in his design vision for this project located on the avenue due park the B.C.D. when our client bought the project and brought us in.

Our role was concentrated on fitting out the interior layouts of the five residential floors project and making sure they are in line with habits and local practices/lifestyle. The professional collaboration was smooth and successful, and it yielded an iconic design even for the sector where special buildings were expected by Solidere. Finely executed, clad with stone slabs imported pre cut and pre finished according to a very specific Mamluk inspired banding concept.

There is something to learn in every professional experience, especially ones where the participants find equilibrium in the definition of the roles and scopes of work.
